Structural Characteristics
Working Principle
All feed axes adopt precision ball screw transmission driven by digital AC servo system. The three axes realize arbitrary linear linkage. In accordance with programmed commands, the machine performs automatic linear interpolation, circular interpolation, contour milling and curved surface machining to achieve precise workpiece processing.
Performance Parameters
Worktable dimensions vary by model, with the common specification of 2200×450mm. The spindle taper hole conforms to BT-50 standard, and the spindle sleeve diameter reaches 220mm. Spindle speed ranges based on configurations, with maximum speed up to several thousand revolutions per minute.
The rapid feed speed of X and Y axes hits 7500mm/min, while Z-axis rapid feed speed stands around 4500mm/min. Spindle power is generally 22 to 26 kilowatts.
Machining Capacity
The equipment boasts outstanding cutting performance. Testing on 45# steel with a 63mm diameter cutter head and triangular inserts at 1000 rpm cutting speed achieves a cutting depth of 22.5mm with feed speed of 5.5 to 7.5 meters per minute.
