The single-column fine milling machine is precision milling equipment with a single vertical column structure. 1. Compact Structure & High Space Utilization

The column and worktable are cast from high-strength HT300 cast iron with stress relief treatment. The rigid and vibration-resistant body guarantees form error within 0.03mm for arc and curved surface machining.

Equipped with standard 3-axis linkage CNC system, it completes plane milling, contour cutting, drilling and tapping without switching multiple machines.

Optional 4th axis or rotary worktable extends processing capacity to inclined planes and spiral grooves, suitable for rough and finish machining of gears and impeller blanks.

Both manual and automatic modes are available. Manual operation applies to trial cutting and tool setting, while automatic G-code programming adapts to small-batch diversified production including sample development and mold revision.
